We would like to apologise that this book is only available in German.
This book brings together and supplements our newsletters from 2021/22, in which we provided our shareholders with a comprehensive overview of our developments over the past decades. This series of publications offered a comprehensive overview and made it possible to trace the steps we have taken. Given the scope and complexity of the subject matter, we found that a printed book was significantly more memorable and clearer than a digital format.
It is also intended to make the subject of airships more accessible to long-standing supporters and, above all, to outsiders, a subject often shaped by preconceptions or myths. Why and where are there areas of application for airships that are not covered by aeroplanes, helicopters, balloons, satellites or other devices? Why are airships not an outdated technology, but highly relevant today? What projects are there worldwide? Ultimately, we want to help readers understand that aerostatic lighter-than-air technology opens up entirely new possibilities, particularly for tourism, logistics and humanitarian aid.

The book is currently out of print. Due to developments in many of the projects discussed in the book, we would like to update it and are planning a second edition.
